Piano Lessons

Piano lessons available with Andy Saunders in the Regency Room, Room for Creatives, 15 Hatchlands Road, Redhill, RH1 6AA.

Lesson spaces are currently available on Saturday afternoons. More spaces, on Saturday mornings, will be available from spring 2025. For other days of the week there is a waiting list which you can request to be added to.

Andy Saunders is a dedicated piano teacher with over two decades’ experience working both privately and in schools across the home counties - currently Chinthurst Prep, Sevenoaks, and Christ’s Hospital where he attended 6th form.

At the Royal College of Music, he was a Junior Exhibitioner (aged 14) and the ABRSM UK Undergraduate scholar (from aged 18). He subsequently won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music graduating the Masters degree with distinction in his final recital.

As a young student, Andy enjoyed concerto performances from aged 14 (Mozart K488), as well as Grieg and Tchaikovsky in 6th form. He later toured several European countries performing Tchaikovsky and Gershwin concerti with the West Sussex Youth Orchestra (which was great fun!)

Andy enjoys working with a range of students at all different levels and pace. He is patient and encouraging and wishes only for his students to enjoy their piano journey - whichever path it may take! 

A doting father of a new baby girl, Andy’s interests include property development, sports, and Asian cuisine!
